This policy explains what HiveScarab ("we", "our") collects when you use hivescarab.com and its Telegram Mini App, and why.

What we collect

• Account information: your email address, and, if you sign in with Google, the basic profile info Google shares (name, email, profile picture).
• Telegram account info: if you use the Telegram Mini App, your Telegram user ID and public profile name.
• Usage data: the subscription tier you select, referral relationships, and account activity needed to operate the platform.
• Exchange API credentials (optional, tier-dependent): if you connect your own exchange account, your API key/secret are encrypted at rest and used only to act on your behalf. We require these keys to never have withdrawal permission, and we never take custody of your funds.

What we don't do

• We never ask for or store your exchange account password.
• We never request or accept API credentials with withdrawal permission.
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

How we use it

To create and operate your account, run the trading/screening features you've opted into, process subscription payments, and communicate with you about your account.

Google Sign-In

If you choose "Sign in with Google," we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google, verified server-side. We use this only to create or log you into your HiveScarab account.

Data retention & deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the address below.
