By creating a HiveScarab account or using the Telegram Mini App, you agree to these terms.

What HiveScarab is

HiveScarab is an early-stage AI-assisted trading platform. You connect your own exchange account; we never take custody of your funds. Our AI screens markets and, where enabled, places and executes orders on your behalf, within the limits you configure.

No guaranteed returns

HiveScarab does not and will never promise guaranteed profit or returns. Trading involves real risk of loss. Past performance of the platform's paper trading or live pilot is not indicative of future results.

Your responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the exchange account you connect and any funds in it.
• You must never provide API credentials with withdrawal permission — we refuse to store them if you do.
• You are responsible for complying with any laws or regulations that apply to you in your jurisdiction.

Account & subscription

Subscription tiers, pricing, and per-tier limits are shown on the site and may change as the product evolves. Referral rewards accrue as described on the site at the time they are earned.

Early-stage product

HiveScarab is in active development. Features, tiers, and this agreement may change. We'll do our best to communicate material changes to active users.
